I found Mr. Fanale's work ethic and professionalism quite refreshing in today's fast paced environment. Throughout the entire project, Fanale was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any of my thoughts. I felt as if he truly took it personally that he do the best job he could do to ensure my success. I thought the art of giving great customer service was a thing of the past. Apparently it still alive and well.
